WE ARE DEDICATED TO DEVELOPING EXTRAORDINARY PEOPLE BOTH ON & OFF THE PITCH. OUR PROGRAMME IS DESIGNED FOR PLAYERS TO TRAIN, COMPETE & STUDY FULL TIME.

Training
Receive 8 - 12 hours of professional coaching each week

TRIALS/RECRUITMENT

We hold a number of trial events during the school holiday as well as open days throughout the year.

We visit school careers events throughout the academic year. Invite Under 16 football teams in for training and hold an annual tournament.

If you are currently a year 11 you may be interested in attending our Under 16’s Pro:Direct Academy.

PARTNER CLUB

We offer an excellent opportunity for players interested in pursuing a career in football through our partnership with Aylesbury United FC.

Competing in the Southern League at step 4, Aylesbury have a fantastic history in semi professional football, they currently ground share with Chesham United FC but the Ducks will return to a new stadium in the near future.

There are currently 6 former students in the first team squad with many more now playing at a higher level. The squad has an average age of 22 which highlights the belief in youth.

  • Free Gym & Swim Membership at Stoke Mandeville Stadium
  • Training and matches are filmed for analysis
  • We use GPS in training and matches to track and monitor players performance
  • Receive individual training, gym and nutrition plans
  • Internal & external (Bucks New Uni performance lab) fitness & strength testing
  • Termly player appraisal

HAVE YOU GOT WHAT IT TAKES TO MAKE THE PRO:DIRECT 11 SQUAD? OUR BEST PLAYERS ARE SENT TO TRIALS EACH SEASON. SELECTED PLAYERS WILL THEN COMPETE FOR A PLACE IN THE SQUAD TO SHOWCASE THEIR TALENT IN FIXTURES AGAINST PROFESSIONAL ACADEMIES.

EDUCATION

We offer an excellent opportunity for any student interested in pursuing a career in football or sport with qualifications that would enable successful students to go on to further studies at University or USA Scholarships or alternatively seek employment opportunities in a variety of roles within a sporting environment.
